- 2 flatbreads
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on each flatbread.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

- Use whole wheat flatbreads for a healthier option.
