Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and maple extract. Mix well.
- Stir in sour cream and milk until combined.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before glazing.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, melted butter, maple syrup, and maple extract. Add milk for desired consistency.
- Drizzle glaze over the cooled bars.
