Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and maple extract. Mix well.
  5. Stir in sour cream and milk until combined.
  6. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before glazing.
  10. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, melted butter, maple syrup, and maple extract. Add milk for desired consistency.
  11. Drizzle glaze over the cooled bars.
