Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Cajun seasoning and stir well.
- Toss in cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
