A delicious and easy slow cooker casserole that combines cinnamon rolls and French toast.
Ingredients

- 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (each 12.4 oz), icing reserved
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup, plus more for serving
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Grease the slow cooker with butter.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls. Gently stir to combine.
- If using, sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until set.
- Drizzle reserved icing over the top before serving.
Notes
- Serve with additional maple syrup if desired.
- Can be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning.
