Description

A simple slow cooker chicken recipe with potatoes and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 1.52 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 large Idaho potatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
  • 2 large lemons, juiced
  • 1/2 tbsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tbsp oregano
  • Dash of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Add diced potatoes around the chicken.
  3. Drizzle garlic-infused olive oil over the chicken.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over everything.
  5. Add rosemary, oregano, and black pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Shred chicken before serving if desired.
