Description
Samoa Rice Krispie Treats are a delicious twist on a classic treat, combining caramel and coconut flavors.
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup butter
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Caramel Crunch cereal
- 11 oz. bag of caramels
- 2 tbs heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in Caramel Crunch cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- In a separate pot, melt caramels and heavy whipping cream over low heat until smooth.
- Stir in coconut and mix well.
- Spread the coconut caramel mixture over the Rice Krispie layer.
- Melt milk chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time.
- Try adding nuts for extra crunch.
