Description

Ingredients

  • Oyster crackers (1 package/9 ounces)
  • Butter (2 sticks/1 cup)
  • Brown sugar (1 cup)
  • Vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)
  • Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the melted butter. Stir until combined.
  4. Place the oyster crackers in a large bowl.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the oyster crackers and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the coated crackers on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
