Description
A sweet and salty snack made with oyster crackers, butter, and caramel.
Ingredients
- Oyster crackers (1 package/9 ounces)
- Butter (2 sticks/1 cup)
- Brown sugar (1 cup)
- Vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)
- Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Place the oyster crackers in a large bowl.
- Pour the butter mixture over the oyster crackers and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the coated crackers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time.
