Description

Delicious ricotta and tomato on toasted sourdough.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices rustic sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 cup fresh and creamy ricotta cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese on each slice.
  3. Top with sliced tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
