Ingredients

- 4 slices rustic sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 cup fresh and creamy ricotta cheese
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese on each slice.
- Top with sliced tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
