- 2 medium bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Fold in sour cream, walnuts, and sliced bananas.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
