A delicious and easy-to-make dessert bar combining raspberry preserves, coconut, chocolate, and pecans on a graham cracker crust.

- 1 and 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups sweetened, flaked coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup white baking chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle coconut evenly over the crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the coconut.
- Drop spoonfuls of raspberry preserves over the milk layer.
- Top with pecans, chocolate chips, and white baking chips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use any flavor of preserves you prefer.
- Bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For cleaner cuts, chill the bars before slicing.
