A delicious bread made with pumpkin pie filling, perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 30 ounces pumpkin pie filling
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin pie filling, granulated sugar, brown sugar, yogurt, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- You can freeze slices for up to 3 months.
