Delicious Pumpkin Banana Bread

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Optional: walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, pumpkin purée, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in any optional ingredients like nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
