Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk together.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Dip pineapple rings in the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Fry the coated pineapple rings until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Dust with cinnamon and sugar mixture before serving.
