A quick and easy recipe combining the flavors of pepperoni pizza and Caesar salad in a wrap.

- For the Pizza Base
- 2 large tortillas
- 1/3 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Cup n Crisp pepperoni
- For the Caesar Filling
- 1 (10.5 oz) bag prepared Caesar salad (or about 3 cups homemade Caesar)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place the tortillas on a flat surface and spread marinara sauce evenly over each.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add Cup n Crisp pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps and place them in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden and the cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Fill each wrap with prepared Caesar salad and lemon juice if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Use fresh tortillas for the best texture.
- Adjust the amount of pepperoni to your preference.
- For extra crispiness, toast the wraps longer on each side.
- You can substitute marinara sauce with pizza sauce if preferred.
