  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, whole

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, salt, flour, and mix well.
  4. Incorporate vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy whipping cream.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour cheesecake mixture into the pie crust.
  7. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, corn syrup, and sugar for the pecan layer.
  8. Stir in pecans and pour over the cheesecake layer.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes until set.
  10. Let cool before serving.
