- 1 cup pecans, whole
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, salt, flour, and mix well.
- Incorporate vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy whipping cream.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour cheesecake mixture into the pie crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, corn syrup, and sugar for the pecan layer.
- Stir in pecans and pour over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
