- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup melted chocolate chips
- Sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar.
- Add milk and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in caramel sauce and melted chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool and garnish with sea salt if desired.
