Description
This is a creamy and flavorful pumpkin pudding dessert with a graham cracker crust.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree

- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add 1 cup powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- Fold the pumpkin mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour the pumpkin filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, adjust the spices to your preference.
- Use a store-bought crust for convenience if desired.
- Top with additional whipped cream before serving.
