- 12 ounces Penne Pasta
- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 8 ounces Andouille Sausage
- 1 cup Bell Peppers
- 1 small Red Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and sausage to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning. Mix well.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and proteins. Stir until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
