  • 8 ounces Andouille Sausage
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and sausage to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  5. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning. Mix well.
  8. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and proteins. Stir until well coated.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
