  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the maple syrup, dark brown sugar, melted butter, orange juice, and salt.
  4. Add the sweet potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
