- 2 medium Yellow Onions, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each onion slice into the avocado oil, then coat with the cheese mixture.
- Place the coated onion slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
