Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Yellow Onions, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each onion slice into the avocado oil, then coat with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the coated onion slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
