Description

This No-Knead Garlic Bread is easy to make and full of flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g of flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 350 ml of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add the chopped garlic, warm water, and olive oil. Stir until combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 12 to 18 hours at room temperature.
  4. After rising, preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  5. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
  6. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger garlic flavor, add more garlic cloves.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
