This No-Knead Garlic Bread is easy to make and full of flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g of flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 350 ml of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add the chopped garlic, warm water, and olive oil. Stir until combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 12 to 18 hours at room temperature.
- After rising, preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, add more garlic cloves.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
