Description

No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars are a sweet and salty treat with a crunchy pretzel crust and creamy topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Mix caramel sauce and sea salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Spread the caramel mixture over the pretzel crust.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Spread the whipped cream over the caramel layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
