Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8-ounce) containers of Cool Whip or other whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix canned pumpkin, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add Cool Whip, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding and milk until thickened.
  4. Fold the pudding mixture into the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crusts.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
