A delicious and easy no bake pumpkin pie perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8-ounce) containers of Cool Whip or other whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 2 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crusts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix canned pumpkin, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Cool Whip, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding and milk until thickened.
- Fold the pudding mixture into the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crusts.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, chill overnight.
- Top with extra Cool Whip if desired.
