Description

No-Bake Pecan Pie Lasagna is a delicious layered dessert that combines the flavors of traditional pecan pie with a creamy, no-bake twist.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese layer over the crust evenly.
  6. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat until smooth.
  7. Remove from heat and whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  8. Stir in chopped pecans and pour the mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
