Delicious stuffed shells filled with chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 20–25 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp dried parsley (plus more for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- Fill each shell with the chicken mixture.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
