  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp milk powder (for dusting)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (for dusting)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Combine lukewarm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add milk powder, butter, flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oil for frying in a deep pan.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Fry the balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each.
  8. Mix milk powder, sugar, and cocoa powder for dusting.
  9. Dust the fried balls with the mixture before serving.
