Ingredients

- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp milk powder (for dusting)
- 1 tbsp sugar (for dusting)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Combine lukewarm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add milk powder, butter, flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oil for frying in a deep pan.
- Shape the dough into small balls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Fry the balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each.
- Mix milk powder, sugar, and cocoa powder for dusting.
- Dust the fried balls with the mixture before serving.

- Adjust sugar to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
