  • Simple syrup (1 tablespoon sugar dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water)

Instructions

  1. Mix heavy cream, milk, egg, sugar, flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  3. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  4. Shape the dough into desired forms.
  5. Let the shaped dough rise again.
  6. Brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake until golden brown.
  8. Brush with simple syrup while warm.
