  • 4 ounces diced green chiles
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika.
  5. Stir in green chiles and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cilantro and cheese. Cover until cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot.
