Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, dill, and feta cheese. Toss gently.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among the wraps.
  4. Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
