A quick and healthy Mediterranean chicken wrap filled with fresh vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 4 large whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, dill, and feta cheese. Toss gently.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the wraps.
- Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Substitute feta with goat cheese if preferred.
- Add olives or roasted red peppers for extra flavor.
