Description
Maple Chicken Bacon Sliders are delicious mini sandwiches featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a sweet maple glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into slider-sized portions (about 2–3 inches square)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
- 1 lb thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled or cut into slider-sized pieces
- 12 slider buns
- 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced (optional)
- Arugula or baby spinach for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the spice mixture until coated.
- Grill or bake the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove chicken from heat and toss in the maple glaze.
- Assemble sliders by placing chicken on buns, topping with bacon, brie, and greens.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust spice levels by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Brie cheese can be omitted if desired.
- These sliders can be made ahead and reheated.
