- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the salmon to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon.
- Top with diced mango.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
