Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the salmon to a baking dish.
  6. In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce.
  7. Pour the sauce over the salmon.
  8. Top with diced mango.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
