Description

Delicious lobster and crab butter bombs perfect for spreading on bread or seafood dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lobster meat and crab meat.
  2. Add softened butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a log.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Slice and serve as needed.
