Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
