- 2 pounds Ground Chicken or ground turkey or lean pork
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs
- 4 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk or plant milk
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Melt butter and brush it over the meatloaf.
- Sprinkle additional Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust garlic and seasoning to your taste.
- For a dairy-free option, use plant milk and omit the butter glaze.
