A sweet and savory salmon dish with a honey pineapple glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and reserve the marinade for glazing.
- Grill or bake the salmon for about 6-8 minutes on each side, brushing with reserved marinade.
- Once cooked, garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or rice.
