- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream, honey, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of black pepper according to your taste.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
