Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.

- Add mushrooms and garlic, cooking until mushrooms soften.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
