- Extra whole cranberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, orange juice, honey, salt, rosemary, orange zest, and minced garlic.
