Description

A refreshing dessert salad that combines the flavors of cheesecake with fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, drained if using canned
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, raspberries, and coconut if using.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve in individual bowls or a large serving dish.
