Description

Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a delicious and easy meal. They combine flavorful shrimp, creamy Caesar dressing, and fresh lettuce in a wrap.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and spread a layer of Caesar dressing on each.
  6. Add chopped romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, shaved Parmesan, croutons, and bacon (if using) to each tortilla.
  7. Wrap tightly and slice in half to serve.
