- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning
- 1 1/2 pounds (680 g) chuck roast, trimmed and cubed into bite-sized pieces
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Greek seasoning.
- Add cubed beef and coat evenly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Serve with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and fresh vegetables.
