- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup finely chopped pecans
- Extra powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and pecans, mixing until combined.
- Form the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Roll the warm cookies in extra powdered sugar.
- Let cool before serving.
