Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the egg and yellow cake mix, blending until well combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with festive sprinkles if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
