- 1½ cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
- Pinch of salt (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in blueberries, leaving some for the top.
- Spread batter in the pan. Top with remaining blueberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before glazing.
- For the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled brownies. Let set before slicing.

- Use fresh or thawed frozen blueberries.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep brownies fudgy.
