- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs or oregano + thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and broth; stir to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Mix until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add potatoes to the sauce and coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
