Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, bite-sized
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well.
  5. Add grated Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Add broccoli florets and Italian seasoning. Cook until broccoli is tender.
