- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to check the doneness.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
