Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
