- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- Place shredded cheese between two slices of bread, buttered sides facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and cheese melts.
