Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 ½ cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
  • 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
  • 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate pudding with milk according to package instructions.
  2. Fold in 1 ½ cups of Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.
  3. Layer half of the graham cracker pieces in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Spread the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Beat cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and salt until smooth.
  6. Fold in the remaining 1 cup of Cool Whip.
  7. Spread the marshmallow mixture over the pudding layer.
  8. Top with the remaining graham cracker pieces.
  9. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
