Description

Fluffy Korean Milk Cream Donuts are soft and sweet treats filled with rich cream.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Instant Yeast
  • 1 cup Lukewarm Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar (for Whipping Cream)
  • 1 tablespoon Condensed Milk (optional)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (for Dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add lukewarm milk, egg, and butter.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into donuts.
  6. Let the shaped donuts rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Fry the donuts until golden brown.
  8. Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  9. Add condensed milk if desired.
  10. Fill the donuts with whipped cream.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
