Ingredients

- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Instant Yeast
- 1 cup Lukewarm Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons Sugar (for Whipping Cream)
- 1 tablespoon Condensed Milk (optional)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar (for Dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add lukewarm milk, egg, and butter.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into donuts.
- Let the shaped donuts rise for another 30 minutes.
- Fry the donuts until golden brown.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- Add condensed milk if desired.
- Fill the donuts with whipped cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
